Lumi gets you there, with care
At Lumi, we have a simple mission - be the most sustainable and most accessible ride service.
When we started in 2021 as a community ride service, we quickly noticed a problem: there are very few transportation options for passengers that need some level of assistance - but don't require specialised vehicles.
We wanted to solve that problem.
Lumi provides reliable transportation with drivers trained to offer accessible care, catering to passengers with disability, sensory processing differences, aged care residents, children and anyone who wants to ride with us.
We're a registered NDIS provider, with highly-vetted drivers that live in the communities they serve, hold a Working With Children card, pass police checks and are dedicated to offering exceptional customer service.

Sustainability
At Lumi, sustainability is part of our service. Our passion for care extends to the earth - and we're continually researching and implementing new ways
to improve our carbon footprint.
Lumi prioritises Electric Vehicles (EVs) for its booked service, where possible. A sustainable alternative, EVs excel in congested city traffic, offering smooth navigation and refined handling in stop-and-go conditions. With exceptional cabin amenities, including climate control and entertainment, EV commuting is serene and enjoyable.
